| Michael Ashleman | I have been trying to schedule a follow up service as a part needed to be ordered. Their computer sends me messages as to when they are showing up. Not once checking with me as if that is acceptable. When I write their computer confirms the appointment. When I call they tell me that showing up when I am going to be their is not profitable for them. Yes, I wrote, they said that will show up when they want to, and my schedule is NOT of any importance to them. I am only available as the last appointment of a day or on weekends. I discussed this before they came out the first time. Now, I am having to fight with the appliance insurance company, and I have no idea if they know not to show up tomorrow as the person on the phone did not listen. In the middle of this I have multiple unanswered emails and phone messages. I am betting they do not read their reviews, as they don't read their emails or answer voice mail. |
