I dropped off two pairs of my boots for half soles and heels! I was greeted pretty quickly!! I showed him my boots and what I wanted done he agreed except for the soles on one pair he said it didn't need soles just yet he explained and even showed me how to determine if a sole needs to be replaced long story short ... it took a bit longer than I would have liked... BUT the work was excellent and he saved me a few bucks with his honesty about the soles on the one pair.i will be going back for all my boots and shoes!! Thanks Bill's for your service!!!

Never I repeat never go to Mr. Bills shoe repair in Pantego Texas. Had my Perry Ellis portfolio shoes resoled there and within literally a month they were coming apart again and if thats not an example of poor quality and service check this out. So I take them back in the same week they started to fall apart wanting to get them in as soon as possible so the warranty doesn't expire and the senile gentleman that works behind the counter and I'm only guessing also worked on my shoes completely forgets that I had ever been there. He denied ever even seeing my shoes or me I had to show him my ticket for another pair of shoes I had in his shop for him to even acknowledge me as a customer. Then this wise guy is going to sit there and tell me that everything I had done on my Perry Ellis shoes were done on my current ticket shoes that he had never seen my Ellis shoes before, just yelling at me and throwing a big fit that I'm even accusing him. I can only guess he's the owner of this very unprofessional establishment known as Mr. Bills shoe repair so short from a couple of reviews there wasn't much I could do but warn the public. I did take back both my Perry Ellis and current ticket shoes to end further business or transactions with him. The guy looked to be about 80 so I'm more upset with myself for trusting him to remember his butt from a bag of fresh buns let alone my business transactions anyway. I implore you, do not go there my friends there are to many other shops in the dfw area. That is unless you want to be denied your warranty simply because the sales rep can't remember you pfff.

I dropped my shoes literally last year to get the soles bonded back together. I went back to the place to tried to pick them up and the owner said that was little behind various times. He said multiple times that he would have the ready the next week, but it been weeks, months now and I still don't have them. It make me wonder if the have lost my most favorite shoes. I was told by the owner that I would get a call and that never happened. I tried to call and I have never been successful connecting with anyone and by the way their voice mail is not even activated so we can not leave a message. This has been the worst customer service experience ever. I will definitely not recommend this business to anyone and will be never coming back. No star is given.
