I called on Scott and his team because, as a designer renovating my own basement, I knew that they would listen to and respect my project from an aesthetic perspective, while also providing the best solution from an air-quality perspective. They were able to move the furnace, add a heat pump, and install brand new exposed ducts in the future living spaces, in the most gorgeous way possible. We had great communication, the crew was talented and respectful, and everyone went above and beyond for my project! We're still finishing out the space, but I love the look of the exposed ducts, and we have never felt more comfortable in our house!

I love it when you can find a local vendor that's also best price. Usually you always seem to pay a bit more to support your local community. My furnace had to be replaced from a cracked heat exchange. I think it was around 22 years old. I called around to all the vendors getting quotes from 1500-2800 for the job. Quality was the only one of them I felt I knew what value I was getting for the price they quoted. The install tech was helpful with my questions about the different parts and how it all works so I'm better equipped to troubleshoot it myself next time. It was funny, later on, that I spent a good 2 hours trying to troubleshoot why the flames of my gas furnace wouldn't even turn on when the first tech I had out air-tech saw the crack immediately.
