Heather Davis | They were assigned to us through home warranty. My husband call them after we went an entire day of not hearing from them. On the day they were scheduled to come out, they didn't respond to phone calls and ended up showing up at 8:30 pm. They said they needed two parts and wanted their trade fee/copay. My husband said not until the service was done. A week later, he called them and they said they'd be out on Friday today. They called this morning and said they'd be here between 4-6. We were home. They apparently left a message with my husband and he called them back. They canceled our time since he hadn't answered the phone earlier he was pitching with Briley then had a meeting. They said they don't come out unless someone answers the phone. But they came out without a phone call on the initial visit. They said they wouldn't come service us because my husband didn't answer his "fu@&ing phone." And now, they won't come. We're refusing to have them back in our home and have them on a "do not call" list with our warranty company. They are poor, poor examples of a small business. |
Austin Morton | The first appointment we has to reschedule due to the service tech running late. He did not provide any updates throughout the day as to him being late or being apologetic in any way for wasting the 4 hours that I sat waiting on him. The second appointment he called and said he was at my residence and I told him I was 1/4 mile away. He said we would need to reschedule. I was actually able to see him pull away from my curb and he was on the phone with me, acknowledging he saw me and still continued to leave after waiting no more than 45 seconds. This is the level of customer service you will receive, best of luck. |
