| In Mom's Opinion | Ace Hardware is always my first choice when I'm looking for materials or equipment and I'm really disappointed. While this location had an excellent inventory and was well-stocked, their customer service left something to be desired. As a single woman, I am used to the employees at Ace Hardware locations being attentive and helpful and not looking past me as some other chains are known to do. Unfortunately, my first visit to this location, that wasn't the experience. I walked up to the counter and was waiting to be checked out when a man walked up to the counter. An employee came rushing in and immediately turned to help the man without checking to see who was there first. |

| Patrick Sipes | I honestly don't know where a thing in this store is. That is because their customer service is top notch. When you walk in the door you will be greeted by someone who will ask you, "What can I help you find today?" And, if you tell them, they will take you right there. This small store has a great selection and even greater ability to order things, including TORO lawn mower parts. Their truck arrives on Thursday so, often times, orders will come in quicker than Amazon. Thanks Ace for making Superior, Superior. |
