| Glenn Christensen | I Called the Pineville, NC store Monday morning 2/3/2020 looking for a particular GE refrigerator model number. I spoke with a gentleman named Abe. I asked him about availability, price and if they had a discount program for Veterans. Home Depot and Lowe's both offer a discount for Veterans, but it was okay if Queen City did not, I was more interested in getting the refrigerator delivered within the week. My compliant is that Abe drilled me about being a Veteran and how would he know that I was in fact truly a Veteran and said I was only phone shopping for the best deal. I do carry my Military ID card. Long story short, I went next door to Plaza Appliance Mart and bought the GE model that I was looking for hassle free and received delivery the next day. Plaza Appliance now has me as a customer for all of my future needs. Thank you Abe for pushing me to your competition!!!! |
