I was astonished, though, when I tried to ask who helped me pick out a new Wifi Router, how to review him in any way... his response was “oh, no, we don't do that here” as if it was some kind of joke. When employees provide good customer service, they should be rewarded and acknowledged for that. Isn't that the whole point??? I thought that was absurd. Best Buy Corporate clearly needs to figure out a review structure. How else do you retain solid, knowledge employees???? |
