| Jeff Michel | Last Monday my family and I were leaving Shenandoah National Park when we discovered there was a wire sticking out of a tire. We stopped at a Visitor Center where a volunteer suggested Shaw's Service to have it checked out. We left the park and headed to Shaw's hoping that if there was a leak, it was slow enough to get there without changing to the spare. We arrived and I was greeted within a couple minutes. I explained that I wanted someone to check out a tire and was asked to wait a few minutes. The gentleman returned I assume Shaw took the key, and had the car moved into a bay for examination. Within 20 minutes he informed us the wire had not fully penetrated the tire and we should be good to go. I asked how much for taking a look and he said not to worry about it, no charge. Can't thank them enough for giving us piece of mind, and getting us in and out in about 45 minutes. |
