Was scheduled 12-2-19 from 12-4pm and no one showed up to fix my refrigerator. Left work early so I could be home by 12. No one called or email me to say they weren't coming. When u call the company no one answers or the line is busy for hours. At one point they answered then just hung up on me. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible service. We bought a Samsung dryer from Best Buy and the Geek Squad set up an appointment to accommodate our schedule A1 calls to schedule we tell them we already have an appointment the response is no one knows our schedule we cant do that day. First appointment is made tech comes and checks it needs to order parts will be 4-6 weeks many calls later many messages left no return calls finally get a call that the parts have arrived tech comes out has wrong parts orders more parts 4-6 more weeks. Many more calls, messages left no return calls, being put on hold and no one picking back up and just plain hung up on and many more calls to Geek Squad finally get a call parts are in appointment scheduled, tech shows up today and has no parts. Over 2 months still no dryer and apparently no parts ordered. Absolute worse service ever we will never do business with them again.

I was hesitant at first reading some of the reviews left by other customers but decided to give this company a try after reading some of the great reviews. Glad I did they are professional and I can personally say they seemed to really care about my service. The Tech that came out was extremely Knowledgeable and polite. My part was ordered and service was rescheduled and completed within a few days. Happy customer here!!!
