Heather Cramer | TERRIBLE!!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. First of all, Sara, who answers the phone, is SO rude. I don't think I've ever talked to anyone more rude in my life. She is incapable of talking without an attitude. My refrigerator is unable to be used and she told me that unless someone was available all day to wait they would come in 3 weeks....so I had someone there and they came in 3 days....they needed to order a thermostat in theory shouldn't be a difficult thing to order the man that was there said it would be a day or 2....i called back in 3 days and she yelled at me and told me it takes 2 weeks.... ok, fine. I waited 2 and a half weeks and tried to call back.. They won't answer the phone or call me back. I have a homeowners warranty, so I contacted them and they attempted to contact CAT services, who made up excuses, ignored the warranty people and then continued to not move forward with this process. Absolutely ridiculous. Going with these people will waste your time and money. Unprofessional to say the least. |
Cynthia Watkins | They had done work for me years ago through a warranty company, which was fine. I tried to call them a few days ago, and the phone number doesn't work, yet I believe the warranty company is still attempting to use them. |
