I pulled it off the wall and checked fuses myself at home, called them up and they guided me through a few simple checks to no avail. I brought the unit in and the tech Garret?? walked me through the operation of a microwave while diagnosing the problem. Magnetron and some minor part were bad. As opposed to trying to sell me on parts and labor he recommended I just buy new for the comparable costs. No charge, no arm twisting just a very knowledgeable guy doing the right thing for the situation. The public always appreciates businesses like this. I'd recommend J & H. |
