They sent someone out to my house to look at the model number. THAT I ALREADY GAVE THEM. He opened the door and unnecessarily got broken glass all over my floor and left. 3 weeks later and I finally call, just to have them tell me the part is no longer available. Really? The day I called they could have figured this out and told me. It takes a phone call to figure out if the part is available. And a phone call to tell me. Nothing. Been without an oven for 3 weeks for nothing. |
