Great service! The guys came in the time window we discussed the day prior; and installed my fridge and stove. They were very professional and quick.

I called my super on Monday to tell them about the appliance in my apt and they said they would send a technician. A Raul called me from Acosta & Sons and I scheduled the appointment for the Friday. They came the next day, Tuesday, when I was not there and left a note saying "we missed you".... I called again to make sure they understood I meant FRIDAY. They said yes. Friday came and Raul called me before 8am. He told me the technician would arrive between 2-3pm that day. No one came. I called at 5:30 and left a message, because of course they were gone. So when I spoke to them the following week, they said they came. He said he told me they would be there between 1-6pm and they came. No one called, no one rang the bell. Then they accused ME of lying. These are horrible, disgusting people. Do not patron this business. You will have to reschedule for them not to show up. Maybe they make money off of imaginary quotas so they reschedule multiple times. I do not have times for games.
