I called Ultimate in the morning and the owner, RJ called me right back and set an appointment that morning. He called to say he was on his way, and he showed up before he scheduled time. I was very impressed with him and his knowledge of my refrigerator and adjusted our ice maker so it is now making ice again. I will definitely use him again.
