I called Pruitt at 8:30 on Monday morning, and by 10:30 someone was at my house. I appreciated that they gave me a call when they were on their way so I could meet them without having to sit around and wait. After taking a look at it, the service person gave me a quote to fix it 800 and told me I would probably be better off getting a new fridge. I appreciated their honesty, and will call on them again if I have issues with other appliances. |
