Talked me into putting it right by our living room window to make the job easier for them. A change order could have been done to save me money. But Mike told him to put it where he told him. Unit sounds like a car starting and running. Mike's exact quote was "your wife must have exceptional hearing" so I got charged 360 more to move the unit. Installer took the lineset that I paid for when he came and eventually moved it. Then 3 weeks later the same installer is complaining to my aunt about this couple in Mt.
