| Christopher Ryan | Had contracted them yo convert my furnace from propane to natural gas. Was a struggle to get anything confirmed or scheduled but that was not entirely on them. Once it was scheduled they showed up and got the job done. Problem comes in when right after it was done furnace was acting weird. Didn't act like that before they did the conversion. I called to ask them to take a look at it to see if something they may have done caused the issue. Not to fix just to see if they caused it. They reluctantly agreed to do so but will not schedule a time to do so. They want to play phone tag and call me at last minute to see if they can come. I've asked to get it scheduled and they will not. I'm done trying with this place. Recommend using them at your own risk. Can be hard to get them to schedule anything and they are hesitant on checking their own work. |
