Love them, I have never had a problem. Next day delivery and everyone is so helpful. I was a little unsure about purchasing because of some of the reviews but once asking some of the employees about them, there are definitely two sides to every story. I've heard so many great word of mouth reviews for many years! As far as the warranty, a service tech will come TO YOUR HOUSE and make any repairs needed at no cost to me! parts and labor are both included. Come to find out, the people that complained about the warranty were fully informed before purchasing an appliance that should you bring the appliance outside of the service area you must bring the appliance back for repair. It's even on the receipt that you have to sign! They go all the way from Alderman up to Hudson Ave! I will never waste my money on buying brand new again. |
