My boots were damaged by rain. Cracked ,dry and faded. The shoe doctor restored ,replenished and replaced the damaged sole. Great work. I highly recommend this place

Let me share one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I flew back home to see family and found myself kinda lost as I had not been back home in two years since I moved out of state. I LOVE my Tony Lama boots and exotic boots in general. I noticed that my gator skin boots were really worn down and since I was near the mall, I saw the Shoe Doctor's van in the parking lot. I immediately had to visit his store for much needed repairs. I found his store, a quiet room in a non descript location. I told him of my problem with my heels being worn. I asked for repairs and what I got was the privilege of seeing an expert cobbler and an artist take my worn out gators and not only repair the soles but make my entire boots look like new again! This man is an expert in his craft and if you think it's not worth saving your favorite shoes, think again.
