George said it was low on freon and he might have to adjust the value,he put freon 1lb. In it. He told me that we have a year guarantee and if it freeze up again that he would come back to adjust the value. Well..it froze up 3days later. I've called back to be told by George that he is not qualify to fix it who the hell was he thenwe thought we were getting a professional. Anyway we were told that they will come out again but it will not be free and that they did nothing wrong on their part. What kind of service is this???Rip off artists. |
