| Alexis Anderson | This company was sent to repair a stand up washer and dryer unit I have and am paying for threw Aaron's, they are extremely unprofessional. They took stuff apart and left screws all over ,ripped the door to my washer and dryer cubby off and never fixed it ,put the washer back improperly so when I washed my clothes my whole downstairs flooded! When I called to tell them about what was going on they said oh we dont know if that happened, si basically calling me a liar! They never did the repair and it's been a month with them coming once a week and promising to come back friday and they never do! What a waste of time and energy! |

The technician was great, but the owner is the unprofessional one. My warranty is covered by Whirlpool, but the owner called me and told me after waiting two weeks for parts and being told that everything was covered, that is not covered and it is 300 dollars for parts and he doesn't have the money to pick up parts and I need to get another company to do the work and then hung up on me. I should have read these reviews earlier. |
