| Tina Davis | The worst customer service I have ever had in my life!!! When myself and my significant other walked into the store there was not even a ,"can i help you. The service got continually wise. Finally got fed up with dealing with it and asked them to come pick up the furniture. There were 3 missed delivery appointments set up and they failed to arrive for any of them. Finally threatened to call corporate. When they did pick up my furniture they decided to move an open gallon of oil infront of the screen door to prop it open and knocked it over spilling all over my porch and walked throughout and up my stairs smearing oil onto my carpeted stairs and on my rug. . Told my Son afterwards tht they knocked it over but didn't mention the spill. If they would not have moved it from where it was originally sitting there would have been no spill. They didn't even bother to attempt to clean it up!!! Doug and Chad are the only two people worthy of being employed there!! |
