| Julie Miller | I've waited to write this to make sure I wasn't writing out of anger or disappointment. The issue is how my farm sink was put in. No one from Home Idea hung around to watch the counter guys. I realize these guys have a ton of experience but guess what, they put the counter top in so that my farm sink didn't fit. When I called it to their attention Home Idea I was told I would have to buy another piece of countertop. REALLY???? These are not my workers! Why didn't you have the sink sitting there so they knew how the counter would work with the farm sink?? Why didn't you have someone, anyone help on the sink part?? I have about 1/4” of sink that is exposed on the side closest to my faucet. I suppose in the grand scheme it shouldn't be a big deal but I think what bothered me the most was that in order to make it right like it should be, I was expected to buy a new piece of counter. I didn't think that was right then and I don't think it is right now. |
