Could not reach anyone by phone and did not recieve a call to notify. Would never use again. Horrible customer service. Rescheduled my geeksquad appointment to all kinds of apologies from Best Buy and Geek Squad. Took another 8 hour day off work and guess what??? Nobody showed up again. This is truly unbelievable. When Best Buy starts closing stores.........and they will, putting thousands of people out of a job. This will be why. I will never shop Best Buy again or use the geek squad service. Wost ever. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DONT SHOP HERE> |
