| Michael Albin | Started with Enrique who came out and did a diagnostic of our two units. He gave us options on what would work and what we felt would be best for us. We decided to replace one of the two 14 year old AC units. One was on its last leg the second one over the last few years we have replaced pretty much all the internal parts. Enrique's recommendation was to do nothing with that unit as it was running perfect. The furnace and coil in our attic has been replaced within the last 3 to 4 years, which made it where we did not have to replace anything in the attic. That is why we chose to just replace one 3.5 ton unit. Today Manny and John came to replace the AC unit. Very nice and knowledgeable guys. They replaced our old carrier with a new Amana one. They made sure everything worked and took there time to make sure everything was right and went well. Manny is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff when it comes to air conditioning. A Quality keep it up and these three guys are an asset to your company. |
