Came to my house late for a fridge that wasn't getting cold enough. He adjusted the knobs and charged 50. Said if it still wasn't getting cold enough to call him back. Now I get no response. I feel cheated.

Tony - The Owner claims to be a professional. Anyone dealing with his company should know that Tony acts as if he is playing a shell game like they have on the streets of Miami. Tony always Wins-And the paying customer is at fault for loosing their money. Watch out! He claims that he has a contract with Icee company. And he advertises on Craigslist slooot section. Watch out for this smooth talker of a company. His company is a real winner when it comes to Craigslist!!!

Terrible service and complete waste of time!!! Called their repairman, Tony, about getting a dishwasher installed 2 months ago and he never even called me back. Then, last week, I tried him again to ask about fixing a washer machine for my company and it took him 3 days to call me back - said he would look at it the next day Saturday, but texted me instead of calling, and by the time I saw his text and called him to confirm, he said he'd already left Savannah and wouldn't be back until Monday. He told me he would meet me between 9am and 11am on Monday, but he never called or texted at all during that time. I texted and called him but got no response, then when he did finally answer his phone, he gave me a lame excuse, claiming he had lost the phone that he was now talking to me on and gave me the impression that he just didn't want to deal with my washer problem, while suggesting that I find somebody else to do the job. I can only recall few others who have acted so unprofessionally in my business dealings over the years.
