Appliance Repair by Mulligan Appliance Repair Service in Marshfield, Massachusetts

I appreciate them making a quick appointment to diagnose a problem with my fridge so it could be fixed for our housewarming party, however, but its been over 2 weeks waiting for a valve, that upon researching does not take 2 weeks to deliver, haven't heard a single word from the company, and the fridge will not be fixed in time for the party. I prefer to hire local businesses but will be going to a more branded company for repairs.

I hesitate to write a review because it may take away from the outstanding service that we have received. Mulligan Appliance is nothing short of fantastic. We had our refrigerator go south on us and I called them in the middle of the day to see if there was anything they could do. A technician was at my house by 3:00 pm to diagnose the problem and report it in. Finding out it was an emergency Mr. Mulligan came out himself and re-charged the refrigerator after hours to carry us through until the parts came in. They have come back and re-charged it on the same day on one more occasion when I called and will be repairing it for good when they get their parts shipment. With a refrigerator full of Holiday leftovers we could not be more grateful for this type of attention. Will never use anyone else for any sort of appliance repair. Mulligan Appliance has our thanks and highest recommendations!!

My central air wasn't working so I called and left a message in the evening. I got a call back the next morning and was told they were very busy and that it would be a few days before they could take a look.On Friday morning the service man arrived and discovered that my compressor was shot. He explained that he could replace the compressor, but that my condensing unit was along in years and he suggested that it be replaced. I heard that this company has a good reputation so I asked if they could order one and how soon it could be replaced. He told me he may have one in stock and that I may have to wait until Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. I got a call back Friday and was informed that they may be able to fit me into their schedule for Saturday. I was thrilled when they called me Saturday morning to say they could get here in 30 minutes. Two very well-mannered service men arrived to do the repairs. I am very pleased with their performance and the results. I'm waiting for more hot weather so I can give the system a full test. I was assured that if there were any issues to call them back and let them know. I highly recommend this company for all types of repairs.
