| Matthew Maloy | Rented a furnace from them over the weekend and it did not work. Well I should clarify it ran for just a few hour and then turned off. Could not get furnace to fire back up. Had a 100 lb tank on it and when tank got back to shop weighed it and it only used 20 lbs. Call there rental department and they just acted like we got our money so sorry about your luck, but thanks for letting use know. I am very familiar with these furnaces and know how they work, so it wasn't lacking of knowledge. |

Wanted to rent a pressure washer set up that an employee told me was there and hardly ever rented, when I called I was told they have one available that they weren't able to hold it for me for a couple hours until I was able to pick up which was fine I told her I would be there right away then just incase. Minutes later I was called back with a voicemail that said it was already rented out. When I called back I asked if they knew when it would be brought back she said she wasn't sure, put me on hold, she then comes back and says they no longer rent them out.... so which is it with the lies? If it was already rented out how do you no longer rent them?? Was ready to spend my money and pick up right away. |
