| Sheila Scola | I was referred to this company through Serviz. The oven was no longer working 40 days after the repair the oven is only 6 years old. Serviz said they only have a warranty for 30 days. They refused to fix it. I was also charged 525 dollars, which I felt was way too high but had no frame of reference. I had to call another appliance repair and the cost was half of what I was charged the first time. The “kit” CCO charged me for 350 turned out to be an ignitor, which was far less. Second repair, with a one year warranty was 240. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! |
