| Katie Page | Twice they did a factory service 'repair'. The computer was bad in both cases and they 'replaced' it. The computer just died a third time so I have a different factory authorized repair service and he just showed me the date on the 'replaced' computer and had to cut the initial factory installed line to remove it. They never ever replaced the bad part! No wonder my dishwasher never fixed. They were charging the part/repair to the company and not actually replacing it!!! Managed to trick the system into running for 6 months somehow. |
| Jamie Blackmon | I wouldn't even give this guy 1 star. He is horrible!! He was asked to leave and never come back. He doesn't know anything about fixing appliances. He has been in my house for 3 days and has "supposedly" replaced every part in my dryer but it's still broke. Told us that it couldn't be repaired but told LG that he couldn't say that it couldn't be repair so we has customers are stuck in the middle with a 1000 dryer that is not working and dirty clothes piled up!! LG is a horrible company too that doesn't hold up their end of the bargain when something of theirs breaks and its still under warranty. |
