Sat around until 12:05 and called to see where tech was. They advised me at that time they don't have a technician that can work on my oven. Why not let me know that when I made appointment? Why not call me between 9-12 window and let me know? Very unprofessional and a waste of time and effort dealing with them. Very disappointed. |
