I can tell you that the people at Polsinello have always been good people to me. Last minute oil issues to take care of my dad. No worries.

Terrible customer service since transition! They get one last chance then, they lose a customer. TWO missed service calls, two half days of work missed so far. So unprofessional!

For the second time this year, Polsinello has refused to make a delivery on time, resulting in my home being without heat on the coldest days of the year. The customer service has been less than impressive when I have called to have an emergency delivery. Then I get charged for an emergency delivery. We have also had problems with how they installed our propane tanks using the wrong tubing to run from the propane tanks outside to the furnace inside and with the process of fixing said problem. They also don't consistently leave the invoices/bills in the same place, so I never know where to look or if they've come. If you have propane, try and find another company. Polsinello isn't worth it.
