The BEST in sales and service! I have used Advantage Appliance at least 5 times on existing appliances and have bought 2 new appliances and every time the experience has been exceptional! Very personal and prompt response whether in the showroom or over the phone. John Andrade has been great to deal with in sales and scheduling service requests. In the midst of moving into a newly purchased older home, I needed rather urgent replacement for a dishwasher. I had done some online research but didn't really have the time or energy to go to the showroom. Together over the phone and online viewing, I made a purchase and John went the extra effort to schedule delivery and installation with a few days! I had the same experience when I purchased a new wash machine. Within the past month, both my oven and freezer have needed service. Every technician who has ever serviced my appliances were courteous and thorough. Jeffrey was my most recent technician, but every technician, delivery and installation experience has been very positive. Every person I speak to on the phone is very helpful and courteous. We will be updating our older home and will want to purchase new kitchen appliances - our first and only call will be to Advantage Appliance!

The staff at Advantage Appliance were all more than knowledgeable on the inventory of stoves we were looking at. Prices were reasonable and there are some neat high tech options to upgrade any kitchen on a budget. It's great to see a local business who treats you like family and delivers beyond your expectations! I will definitely be seeing the team at Advantage again!
