Called at 9 in the morning to see if they could be of any help on a chainsaw issue, Justinwho is one of the owners I believe and is supposed to be good at chainsaws told me to bring it down and he would check it out. I mentioned that I would not be able to make it till 1 and he told me he would be there. I drove 40 miles, made it there at 12:30 and was told he left for the day. I went on further, got my issues taken care of and also bought another chainsaw somewhere else.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Me and My Grandson, Caleb, have been painting the cabin I bought this last summer over the winter and EVERYTIME I've sent my son and grandson down here to buy paint they've come back to find out that the employees gave them the WRONG paint. We've given them 3 chances but they always dont know what they're talking about or doing so were just going to have t o rough it out and make trips to the city which isn't fun for me to have to deal with with with my arthuriteis, driving that long really wears me out. That young man there, I think his name was standley, was really nice though when I met him and very helpful.
