| Brian Whitmore | Spent 2,000 on washer, dryer, dish washer and grill at Greenwood, SC store. Waited 2 weeks for delivery and installation. Called the store 5 times about delivery on that day. Store kept saying on the way. Owner shows up with delivery at 6 pm. My new appliances were delivered on an old pull behind trailer. Owner said he would have a plumber friend call me about installing dishwasher. 3 days later, no call. Paid someone else to install. Horrible customer service for someone who just dropped a good chunk of change with Sears Hometown Stores. You've just lost a lifetime Sears customer, due to poor customer service. I will need to replace a refrigerator and stove soon, but will take my business elsewhere. |
