Appliance Repair by American Appliance in Bossier City, Louisiana

We scheduled an appointment for the technician to show for 2-5PM. American Appliance called me at 4:29PM and I could not get to the phone. I called back 4 times starting at 4:32PM and no one answer. I called to ask what happen with my appointment the next day and the receptionist said I was not homenot true. She also said they close at 4:30PM and that is why no one answered the phone. I don't recommend using this company. If you do, call at the beginning of your appointment window to let them know you are home.

Called for appointment on Monday and work was done the following day. Technician was very polite and really knew his stuff. Fixed our appliance in a timely manner. Will use this company again and tell all my friends to do the same.

I called American Appliance Service two weeks ago and made an appointment to fix our Ice Machine. They were supose to come in on Wednesday September 11, they did not show up nor did they call to say they were not coming. I decided to call them on Thursday to find out why they did not come in for the appointment and she told me that one of their technician called in sick. She said someone would be out on Friday, only to find out they were not coming in at all. This is not good bussiness. She called on Friday around 9:30 a.m. and told me to find someone else to fix our ice machine. They have fixed on our machine before and had problems trying to figure out the problem. After three weeks of trying to figure out the problem, he got it fixed. I will never recomend this company to any one. They are not customer friendly!
