Hey Geek , purchased July so 1yr warranty and insured , why try to take advantage false info and still not working , off to another Geek store. Never again purchase from Best Buy & defective products. |

The only reason the other stored was, called was because the line transferred me there after 25 minutes of no answers. I got in store and they weren't even busy. Then said they still couldn't help me. |
