Pat Mason | Awesome company to deal with. We have used this company since I was little. We've been thru several name changes, but still receive great service. They have great employees and a wonderful service department. The ladies in the front office are nice to deal with. From the top to the bottom, the employee's are awedome. I buy alot of my appliances at Apex. Great company. |
David Miller | We were camping the last week in the Tallassee area and needed propane for our camper. I went into town to Apex and asked the two women working there for a bottle fill. They advised there was NO one there to fill bottles and they had NO idea when they would be back as they were making deliveries. I could take a chance and leave the bottle but there were closed on Saturday and this was Friday afternoon at about 1:00pm. First, why is not everyone trained to fill bottles and secondly, how do you stay in business with this kind of public facing staff who offered no solutions and were not trained to sell the item they sell the most. I ended up going to Montogomery to get propane. Unbelivable poor customer service. |
