| Human person | The girl there is very nice, tries hard to help all but I think they are really too overwhelmed for the little amount of workers they have. I know they are hiring and that's good news. However, we called them two or three times when we first moved here. Didn't get any calls back in over a week. We finally went in there and had to be there for two hours. We did eventually take a bed home and were told we'd get the brand new mattress the next day which was Saturday. So we called to check what time. She said around 3, but no one came. I called again. She said she'd call me right back when she figures it out. Never called, they closed, and they are closed Sundays. So I have a bed put together, no mattress, and I have to wait until Monday now, and slept in my son's bed since he is at a friend's. So I'm a bit angry now. They really need to move on hiring and do better. |
