| JSL | I have been trying for OVER 4 months to have them come out and move a water softener THEY installed at my previous home to my new home. The owner has told me CONTINUOUSLY "I'll get it done tomorrow"...HE NEVER SHOWS UP OR BOTHERS TO TELL ME HE'S NOT COMING. I realize this may be trivial to some, but I can assure you HE IS NOT RELIABLE!!! I have asked him time and time again if he didn't want to come do it to please just tell me and I'd look for someone else - he just tells me he's gonna come. He has no problem lying, but the truth just doesn't come out even when given the opportunity. I don't recommend ANYONE use this man for ANY of your needs - he was supposed to come today and guess what - I HAVEN'T SEEN HIS FACE OR HEARD FROM HIM!!! |
