Appliance Repair by Comfort Systems, USA MidAtlantic LLC in South Boston, Virginia

This Company installed a unit for me over a year ago. I have to tell you, its has lowered my electric bill, been absolutely comfortable every moment and exceeded my expectations. The salesman told me all this to start with and I thought is was just a sales pitch. He answered all my questions and told the truth. I like that. Never dealt with them before, and priced against 4 other company. They were not the cheapest, but they seemed more knowledgable and positive that my need were met. My wife and I and really happy with our decision to use Comfort Systems.

I just want to say, these guys are first class. I called at 7am this morning when it was 25 deg. There answering service picked up on 3rd ring and a tech was in my driveway in less than 1 hour. They had to go get the parts, and I'm Fixed by 10am. Hooray, My normal contractor still has not called back yet. I'm gonna wait and see how long before he calls. You will not be dispointed

Great working with company. There new management really values me as a customer. Thank you for treating me so good and doing what you said. Hard to find a company that does what they say.
