The Ford dealer in Wenatchee was unable to help us so in a panic I found this shop on the internet and the owner Tim had me come in first thing the next morning. Unfortunately none of the local parts suppliers had the right alternator in stock so Tim ordered one and got it in very early the following morning and had our car done and back to us by 7am before we had to check out of the hotel! It's very rare to find this kind of great service anymore, but I am very thankful to Tim for his hard work which saved my family's vacation. Thanks!!! |
