Natalia | Long overdue, early summer we road tripped through ID and had a wheel bearing issue, noticed just before 5pm when all businesses were about to close! Lee's took us in stayed open late, ran into town for a part and we were shortly on our way. Absolutely appreciated the excellent service. |
Jose Rios | Lee's automotive is a good place to get you're car fixed. Also good prices and fast work. Good customer service. |
Jessica Baird | I usually don't write reviews, but I have no tolerance for this stuff. My mom took her tire to them and they said they could not patch it, so they sold her a tire. The new tire was supposed to be available the next day, but it took two more days before it was there. That was one thing, but the really sketchy thing was what they did with the old tire. My husband asked them for the old tire back, and they said my mom picked it up. Well, obviously that wasn't true because HER TIRE WAS IN THEIR SHOP. Finally after some insisting they gave him the tire back. He looked at it and realized that they had already began repairing the tire they claimed could not be repaired. They were taking advantage of an older woman who didn't know much about cars. Not only is that immoral for a business, but it really says a lot about the character of those working there. My advice is, find another mechanic. |
