I would have given zero stars if that was an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My two year old refrigerator's screen quit working and I had bought the extended warranty. This is the company that Whirlpool uses in our area. The first man came out on a Friday and “diagnosed” the problem. Another man came the next Friday to change the part that was supposedly causing the problem. First of all, he sent a text saying he was 20 minutes away at 2 pm but didn't show up until 7pm. Second, he replaced a part and not only DIDN'T fix the original problem, but broke the entire refrigerator. Nothing worked after thatno freezer, no refrigerator, and still no screen. We called them the very next day and got no answer. Left a message and got no return call. Called Whirlpool and got an appointment with the same company for Monday. No call, no show, wouldn't answer calls or return calls. Called Whirlpool AGAIN and they were at a loss as to why they didnt show up. Whirlpool called them and also got no answer but left them an “urgent” message to call me first thing the next morning. No call. Whirlpool finally, after two weeks of NO REFRIGERATOR, set me up with another company. That man came and within 20 minutes of being there had not only fixed my refrigerator, but also told me how to fix a minor problem I had with my oven. He said that Alpine had installed the wrong part and that's what made my refrigerator quit. Long story to saydo not use this company. It was an awful experience and I would not recommend them for any job for anyone.

Couldn't have been any faster or any better! Called at 10:00 in the morning and they were here by 10:30 fixed my dryer perfectly! Thank you!
