Appliance Repair by S&S Auto and Field Service in Malad City, Idaho

The previous reviewer sure seemed sour. My experience with S&S Auto was amazing. I couldn't be happier with the service they offered and his willingness to go above and beyond for us. We needed a hard to get part, he called around and finally found one in Pocatello, about an hour away. He arranged to have it delivered in just a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had the part on in under an hour. Also helped me find a better tire than the spare we were using. He didn't need to help us out, but was more than willing to make sure we were better off. Every business will get bad reviews, can't please everyone all the time. But my experience was fantastic, we never planned on having to get our car repaired in Malad...but he sure made it a good experience.

I brought in a snowblower to be fixed. In oct of 2017 with details of what needed to be fixed. The owner said it would only take a month. They had the snowblower tell march 2018 over 5 months an did not fix what was asked of them. Also they changed out parts i did not ask to be fixed. Tried to over charge me marked up cost an would not show me the receipts or broken parts that they replaced. Then threatened to sue me and take me to court for more money. when i would not pay their outrageous marked up prices. when we had an agreement of how i would pay.... so dont be ripped off dont risk being scammed by this back yard mechanic!!
