| Curtis Smith | Okay...I'm going to start off with the only good thing about this review and that's that the gentleman at the store location is a very nice guy. However, I wanted my TV diagnosed and fixed in a manner of time that I felt appropriate. It's been 2 weeks since I've dropped off my TV, and as of today's review, I still don't have it diagnosed with a price to fix. All I've received have been "call me back in a couple of days and I'll have that for you". TRULY, I'm getting tired of hearing it. I took my TV here based on previous reviews and it is conveniently located to my house. My better conscious told me to just drive it to Plano and take it to K-O Electronics. Once again, I will say that the gentleman at the store is a very nice guy, but I wanted my doggonned TV diagnosed, given a price to fix it and my decision to do so within a matter of a few days.....not 2 weeks and still don't know what's wrong with it!! |
| Stephen Quinn | Pulled off a big win. I had already written off my computer because another computer tech told me it was "toast". As a last resort, I took it to D&A and they pulled off fixing it. It was a tricky fix involving several components because my problem arose from a power surge/failure. Really happy my computer was saved. |
| steve smith | To Curtis Smith, I had the same experience with them a year ago, and I posted my review then saying that, I am sorry but I don't think they have any real knowledge about fixing Tv,s.. it is a computer repair place, but not Tvs, I am sorry guys.... |
