I had a new AC installed by Pride AC. From the first call I made to receive a quote to the last hand shake after everything was installed was perfect. Esteban was more than knowledgeable when asked questions. He couldn't of been more polite and courteous. From here on out I am a client of Pride AC for all of my AC needs. What a great experience. I've been a customer of Pride for several years now. I find the pricing for the yearly contract to be pretty fair. Michael is a very cordial and professional technician. He has been on calls to my house several times over the years and is always polite. He went out of his way today to bring a part for my refrigerator back in the afternoon. This way I would not have to be inconvenienced as to making another appointment. He is a wonderful employee and is very knowledgeable about many different issues in the house. There have been some other technicians who come out to fix the problem but do not complete the job right the first time. Then, Michael is called and everything works out and is resolved. Thanks, Michael. And thank you too Pride for hiring such a kind person who knows his craft so well.

Had the other Co 'E-M" no comparing to PRIDE! First of all they are more reasonable, cover a lot more and the customer service is worth the JD Powers award for excellent service and satisfaction. Been working with one of their reps Gekisha Smith who has been outstanding! She is one of the many reasons PRIDE should take PRIDE!
