Helpful, polite and prices reasonable

Our technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He did all that was necessary to inspect and explain that the heating mechanicals we asked him to inspect were ready for our 1st winter in our new home. No parts or further work was involved, As new customers and new Delaware residents, we expected a bill for the 20 minute job including his round trip 1 mile journey to arrive at our home to be anywhere from 75 to 90. The reason for the 2 stars is the Caswell strange policy for pricing jobs which is not stated anywhere on their website. Their policy, and I am quoting from the response we got when we questioned the 150 bill: "Any job from 5 minutes to 60 minutes is charged at 150." This is the first time that we have encountered professional services such as this NOT priced in half hour increments despite living in 3 different states. Will look for another business for future heating/ air conditioning services since 7.50 a minute seems high for an uncomplicated, non emergency service call, the nature of which was explained to the phone clerk when our app't was scheduled. Use some other co if you have a job which doesn't require much time.

We took a commercial building an old 1950 bowling alley/pool hall to be exact and transformed it into our home. We fell in love with the character of the building the day we saw it. Harry, Mike, Bill and Ivan were incredible. There were challenges in our remodel to say the least. They figured out every obstacle, were professional, personable and made it happen seamlessly. Their price was more than reasonable yes, we shopped around Would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. They go above and beyond in customer satisfaction. We are so glad we chose them as our contractor!
