Leslie Sheley | I just wanted to give a good review to Glenn, who came out and looked at my dryer and fridge. He was knowledgeable and good at explaining everything to me about what was wrong. I appreciated his expertise in trying to figure out the problem. Thanks Glenn! What I was not happy about was D3 themselves. I was quoted 109.95 to come look at one appliance and 60.00 to look at another at the same time. I scheduled an appointment, but went on-line as my friend who referred them, thought it should be a different price and in fact it said the second appliance should be 45.00 which I then took a picture of the page with my phone so I could show that to the technician . He told me also it was 60 but called D3 for me to tell them I had a picture on my phone of the second appliance being 45, but they said since I was quoted 60, that's what I had to pay. I had to call them the next day to get a receipt emailed to me and was planning to discuss the situation with them, but checked their web page first and they had finally changed the price to 60, so of course they won't honor the fact that it was 45 when I made my appointment. I liked Glenn but I'm not particularly fond of that kind of customer service all for a whole 15.00. Not saying I won't use them again, but will be researching other companies at this point. |
John Stricks | Travis was a great tech, the whole company was great to work with. They helped me get warranty work done for whirlpool and did an amazing job. Absolutely no complaints and I will definitely have them do any future repairs. |
Violet Ortiz | Technician Glenn arrived to fix my double oven, after it broke when I cleaned the oven. He offered useful advice when operating the self-clean option. He spent 4 hours replacing parts and troubleshooting the issue. Glenn was very professional and courteous. He had a positive attitude, even while facing oven issues. Thank you Glenn!!
