They should not be in business.The woman on the phone is robotic, uninterested, dishonest warranty related, and miserable. They cancelled out twice on me after I had come home from work and waited. When I complained about this, the woman said I didn't need to come home from work! I asked her "how would the repair guy get in?" You can't make this stuff up! Their excuses: They either had someone out sick, 2 people quitting the previous week and on and on. I ultimately had a reputable company come in to fix our appliance. Because of Wolfgang, our repair did not get done for about 27 days. Stay away from this outfit. Zero stars was not an option - hence the "1 star" rating. Whirlpool put us in touch with this company and also bear much of the responsibility. Whirlpool's customer service is also extremely bad. Birds of a feather....? Btw..I don't believe I've ever left a negative review for anyone before. This experience justified me creating an account to post this. |
